- 1 large jar of salsa
- shredded Mexican cheese
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- Tumaros Gourmet Tortilla multi-grain “Low in Carb” ((4 net carbs))

Place shoulder roast in crock pot with large jar of salsa. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Cut up roast with fork and drain juice from mixture.

Place about 3 oz of meet and desired ingredients on a tortilla and wrap.
